Extra Space bought facility from original owner cost gradually increased to 114.00 a month. Went to check on storage this November and mold had started to develop on storage items. Never had an issue before this is reason we choose climate control facility. Environment in storage unit seemed hotter than outside. Immediately moved all my deceased mother’s items out and terminated my lease. Management did not bother to ask why. Would not use Extra Space again. Had rented for 4.5 years spent thousands in rental and they couldn’t care is you stayed.
