I’ve been to so many storage businesses, so many customer related businesses, and it seems that the service I receive here is so rare now-a-days. I’ve had to ask to have my lock cut 3 times now, and I know this isn’t the most fun task, but the manager puts a smile on her face and takes the stress away from feeling like an idiot for the 3rd time. They’ve raised my rent twice, but I stay because I cannot find service like this anywhere else. If paying more means guaranteed quality every time I’m here, than I guess I’m paying more. Props to the manager at this location. Absolutely wonderful. (Sorry for the length. Just really feel like she needs to be appreciated)
