Just purchased a refrigerator with the delivery and installation option. The salesman did not mention I needed to purchase the connection parts separately and they refused to install the water line stating it was not in their orders. If we’re going to sell add ons please tell all the necessary information. I now have to wait 2 more additional days for my refrigerator to be hooked up.

I shop here all the time, what would make me enjoy the store more is if Lowe's got rid of the shady, privately owned Flock cameras in their parking lot that is selling EVERYONEs who shops there license plate data, shopping habits, how you drive, park, whether you're wearing your seatbelt, etc. to other private companies without permission. These are not normal security cameras and they are not for our safety.

Joey Persyn at the Allen Texas Lowe’s gave exceptional service! He helped sort through the MANY generators. Answering all of my questions and offering helpful information. He then loaded it on a flatbed, rang me out very quickly AND THEN rolled it all the way out to my car and loaded it in the car for me. I offered him a cash tip but he refused it saying that he couldn’t accept tips but that I could write a review online. Joey absolutely went above and beyond to be helpful, cheerful and gracious. It was all MUCH appreciated!!

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
