Ordered a new washer and drier set on the 8th, to be delivered the 16th. I get a text from Lowe’s on the 15th asking if the 16th is still good for delivery, I confirmed. I remove my washer and drier in prep for the new ones. I don’t get any text or call after and my order doesn’t show they changed it to the 23rd. Two days before Christmas when I’m out of town? Why text me to confirm and not show up? Why delay the delivery last second a whole week?! If they messed up shouldn’t they get it here asap not make me wait a week? Horrible experience really made my life harder for no reason. Thanks for nothing Lowe’s only waited 10 years for a new washer and drier set just for yal to end up making me want to cancel it all….
Just found out it wasn’t in inventory. So they confirmed a delivery for something that wasn’t in stock and then didn’t tell me they rescheduled it.

going to Lowe’s is not the most exciting for a woman, but they made it a lot of fun. So I’m going to give a shout out , and a huge thank you for making my night fun while purchasing an outside electric heater lol . Many thanks to irene and Karina . I’ve had my own businesses and good employees are hard to find, especially in Texas. Those two are gems.. The store also has a nice selection, but I’m mainly writing a review because of those two.
