Manger and customer service employee make fun of the Lowe’s customer,wow.i can not believe this. After I talk to manger in duty. I find out is acceptable in their environment. I never go back and spend penny there. What is going in there?

I was trying to leave a survey from the receipt, but it would not let me. Kevin in the paint department was very helpful. He actually came up to me after he finished with another customer asked me if I needed help, which I did. I haven't had customer service like that in Lowes for over 10 years!!! I usually have to hunt someone down. He was awesome, I'm coming back tonight to buy the paint. Also, when I went up to the self-check-out, Meg immediately started to help me check out, she was very kind and professional!

Worst mistake purchasing a vacuum from Lowe’s! “Just go direct” - it comes with a warranty if you buy direct. I purchased a vacuum for a total of $411 that should have lasted a few years. Broke on day 90, store sends me back to the manufacturer who wants me to pay for the part. If I had purchased direct they would have overnighted me the part.
anyways … now want me to pay for the part that broke. Anyways just a lesson, I learned.

Charles, the supervisor, was not helpful when I tried to return my items. He was very aggressive and did not have the patience nor the courtesy to point me in the right direccion.
He showed that he didnt want to help. When I asked him a question of where else the item could be sold, he said he didnt know or care. Check the cameras, exact words. Very rude attitude for a supervisor
I was scrolling in the most recent reviews and they are all negative. The customer care/support is lacking big time in the store. Won't be shopping here again

I shopped Lowe’s more since the Lowe’s credit card, even the price is similar as HD after 5% off. Today I did curbside pickup, one lady push a cart out al, scan code and left… I have to load all stuff by myself
