  We went into the store knowing we were going to buy a couch, but planned on purchasing it online later. I am so glad we went to the store first as we probably would not have ordered the correct items. First off - Tobi is AMAZING at her job. She was very thorough, did not push us to make a sale, was very honest when answering questions and wasn’t just trying to get out price tag higher. Second : we ordered our couch Saturday late afternoon with a 1-2 week lead time. TWO DAYS LATER - our entire couch was delivered to our house! Tobi was very honest with us and said the delivery process and all the boxes will be overwhelming. We were given a ‘blueprint’ on what pieces go where, which made things super easy. My husband and I both agreed we should have invested in a Lovesac much sooner than we did and could have saved us years of headaches, useless shopping and sales people just trying to push us to buy something more expensive that did not meet our needs. A huge thank you to Tobi for making this purchase so easy!

  A nice gentleman by the name of Abele assisted me during my visit. He was very patient as I took my time browsing throughout the store. He was incredibly attentive and gave me probably the best customer experience I’ve had in a while. I’ve experienced many forms of care, but his was like no other, as if he truly wanted to assist me with all my needs. His passion for his work is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. This store will definitely be seeing me again. Thanks, Abele! Great work.

  My husband and I first looked at Lovesac back in 2016, we knew then it was the couch we wanted. The only issue at that time was budget, lovesac sactionals are an investment piece. Fast forward 7 years and we finally made the investment after 4 different couches, it was the smartest thing to do. We stopped into the Allen location on Labor Day weekend and they were having a sale. Since this was an impromptu visit to the store, we hadn’t actually discussed purchasing but after speaking with Amy, we walked out of there feel like we would regret not investing in it. We went home, discussed the option and decided to go back the next day and purchase. Amy was just has helpful, sweet and energetic as she had been the day before, she made sure that we were happy with the setup we had discussed the prior day then got us taken care of and out the door in no time. The hardest part of setting everything up once it’s delivered is getting the covers on. I do recommend having two people setting it up as some of the pieces are heavy (quality investment) and getting the covers on straight can be frustrating. We have now had our sactional for over two months and couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a new couch and want an investment piece, don’t hesitate to visit Amy over in Allen. You won’t regret it.
