Unit rent went from a reasonable $68 a month to almost $120 , everything except this increase in monthly rental fee is done by email, The increase in payment was notified through direct mail to the address I moved out of… was told by management “that’s just the way it” is no resolution would be sought to keep my business- BEWARE!!!!

My only reason for the 4 star is a lot of my boxes were infested with tiny bugs (dead and alive) (Note: I did have my stuff there for several months on the first floor but not exterior facing so i’m not sure if that’s normal but it did make the unpacking process longer bc i had to sanitize everything + only unpack while outside.)
