- DBDeborah Blanquie2 days ago2.0I rented their only RV spot in July of this year after purchasing a small trailer during my home remodel. This spot is just big enough for my trailer and took a lot of maneuvering to get it in there, because it’s a small space between two buildings. I was quite happy that the facility wasn’t too far from my house though and the price was fair. I haven’t however been able to use their app, because it doesn’t show that I have a unit attached to my account and their tech support wasn’t sure when or if they would be able to fix it. Then we arrive in November and when my payment is pulled it is almost double what it normally is. When I contacted them they said that a notice was sent out regarding the $80 rent increase the end of September and that I received it October 6th. I checked my USPS notifications and there was never a notice delivered. They offered to reduce the price from $190 to $140, up from $88 if I kept it there but with everything else going up in this economy I said no. Needless to say I am pulling my trailer out before the next billing cycle. I’m very disappointed.
- SPShavae PriceNov 15, 20251.0Underwent brain surgery last year, has a son on the spectrum leave for college and my family fell on financial hardship. Ended up homeless.. Placed items in the storage here and the missed Octobers payment and unit was auctioned in Nov.6. All were requested was for my sons medical evaluation documents, my documents from my brain surgery, my kids high school diploma and my tax documents. And some very important religious pieces. I also have a7 month old grandson who now has none of his baby items either. We have photos of the everything including the documents that were in storage in the location they were in. I don't know what type of heartless individuals buy/sell units with items like that inside and sleep at night not caring. I couldn't bare the thought of taking certain things from ppl who are obviously facing really difficult times. We reached out to the unit several times and was told they would reach out to the buyer and nothing was done. They didn't care at extra space and even told us the call center they didn't want to accept any calls from us. We were NEVER rude to them by the way. This is absurd and disheartening. We now have NOTHING. I pray God have Mercy on all of their souls. I contacted legal advice and was told that it's illegal in the state of Texas to keep certain documents as it is aHIPAA violation ( as far as the medical documents) and so forth and that legal action can be brought forth on the buyer and unit and honestly we don't want to do that. But if that's what has to be done then I guess so.
- BSBrianne SargentNov 15, 20251.0i wish someday there could be an option for negative stars. easily the worst experience i’ve had with storage. i should’ve went with uhaul. they were way more reasonable. after my unit was auctioned off, extra space was very rude and was not helpful in helping me obtain my family’s medical records, birth certificates, ssn cards, medical affidavits and tax documents. we’re homeless. we have nothing. the least they could do was work with us in contacting the buyer in making sure that our personal documents were returned as they stated they SHOULD’VE been returned. we definitely have a lawyer working with us on this issue.
