I ordered something online at Home Depot and Lowe’s they said 3 hours or less it would be ready I live 40 minutes away I left the house 3 hours after I placed the order Home Depot was ready 1 hour after I placed the order which had 5 items and Lowe’s four hours later still didn’t have my one item I ordered from them ready so here. I am driving back home without my Lowe’s item. Probably have to pick it up tomorrow. Maybe don’t say something can be ready three hours or less if it can’t.

I placed an online pickup order for a dryer. It said it would be ready in March. However, when I received the email for it, it said April. I have been calling to try and figure this out but for some reason the customer service girls like to hang up on me or continually transfer me, leaving my phone just ringing. I can literally hear when they pick it up. Lowe’s has been utterly disappointing and I still dont even know when my dryer will be ready. The reason I ordered it from Lowe’s is because of the date it said online, i literally need it now.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
