    Very, very displeased with this locations handling of my online order. I ordered a John Deere zero turn mower on 3/15 with a scheduled delivery date of 3/19. On 3/19 they call and say there was a technical issue and will have to move the delivery back one day to 3/20. No big deal, that works for me so they say it’ll be between 2-6pm. I leave work a couple hours early on 3/20 and go home and wait and wait til about 730 pm and finally call to see what happened. No disrespect to the ladies working the customer counter but they are clueless and out of the loop when it comes to the shipping/receiving operations so they offer zero insight or useful information. The Lowe’s app simple states “order delayed- we are working on it”. On 3/22 I go up to Lowe’s to speak with a manager and they also are clueless in regards to the shipping operations and just tell me to contact the shipping manager on Monday 3/23. Finally got a hold of the shipping department and they claim the mower has already been staged for delivery and are not sure why it didn’t go out on 3/20 so I ask well when can it be delivered? After no clear answer from them I finally cancelled the order today 3/24 and will find someone else to buy the mower from. Very disappointing experience.

    I've spent over $20,000 in this store over the past 4 months. Went in last week to get 50 - 2x4x12's and several bundles of insulation. ($1000.00 is what I was planning to spend). All the 2x4x12's in the bin were unusable. So I went to the Lowe's Pro desk and asked if they could bring in some more lumber. They told me that I would have to get the lumber from the bins. I explained that the lumber was too crooked to use. Didn't matter to them. I asked if I could have them delivered and they told me that they would get them from the existing 2x4's in the bin. I'll be spending another $15,000 before my project is completed. But I won't be spending it at this store.

    Great store, always organized. Tiffany was great help and went above and beyond for me today. Not only did she walk multiple isles to help me find what I was looking for in top stock, she went and tracked down a forklift. Her attitude was awesome. Great customer service experience. Jonathan on the forklift was also helpful and nice. They saved me a trip from across town!

    I placed an online order at the north side Lowe’s, which I did call. Somehow I got transferred to the South side store (this is after 12 minutes, which is a whole other story). When the girl working the customer service desk answered my call and looked up my number, she obviously said she couldn’t help me and to call the north side. I explained how I had been transferred over to the South Lowe’s and asked if she could transfer back over to the north. After she interrupted me a few times. Then she literally laughed at me and said “yeah no, you’ll have to call them yourself” Please get better customer service - this is extremely frustrating.
