BEWARE!!!! This has been a terrible experience!!! I'm so disappointed in the store. It's lack of customer service to do the right thing and step up and deliver my stove personally after this experience. The company they exclusively use for delivery was not responding to Lowe's or myself.
There is a 2 day window for the delivery company to reach out to the customer and schedule the delivery. I had called this company with the 2 numbers provided by Lowe's. I left voicemails, one of the recordings told me to send a text for a quicker response. The different number's recording told me it was quicker to do a chat online. I did all of those things plus leaving the recordings....with no response back. I notified Lowe's. Lowe's also did the same thing with the company and escalated the concern. By the end of the day, i called Lowes said they had no communication from the company and would not be able to do anything else for me. They stated I would just have to wait through the weekend to see if I there is any communication from them. This was the 6 day without a stove, but I know it didn't matter to the Lowe's company. This to me was very unacceptable, unprofessional of Lowe's , and I wanted everyone to be aware. When you order from them, don't expect the home delivery. Plan to hire and pay someone as I did to do a pick up of the item. And then find someone to install it for you.

Employees should not be commenting on women’s bodies. There’s multiple reasons why women might appear to be pregnant and a woman’s private medical information is not critical to an employee at Lowe’s to cut a key. Additionally, here in Abilene a child sex offender is being arrested arrested every day, and it’s entirely inappropriate for a Lowe’s employee to ask questions about a woman’s pregnancy given the current climate here in Abilene

I I want to know why it was so difficult for the Lowe's employees to be able to use the forklift pick up 37 panels and carry them out to the back gate and help load them onto a trailer instead they refused to load them onto the forklift and they told us that we had to make an order like that online and that their employees can help us go to court and then load it on the trailer the two previous times that we went and spent $2,000 on materials for remodel we're doing wouldn't have any issue of them getting the forklift and carrying it out the back but all the sudden none of the employees wanted to help us I don't want to even remotely help us at all they wanted to get out of there and get home but instead they're sitting there propping their feet up on the forklift texting on the phone at the front door just standing there lollygagging laughing and thinking it's no big deal it took me and my teammate less time to load it onto the car and carry it to the truck unloaded on the trailer before they could even get it loaded that's the worst customer service that I've had ever the last time I went I had an issue with one of the employees that was telling us that we were not allowed to go past a certain point in the back which is outside and there were no signs out there no signs that says customers not allowed to be on this point I had to go and find the panels myself because they didn't have enough on the shelf and the employee that was there was rude about it and demanded we go pay for it and then meet him on the side of the building we've made three trips in a month we made six trips in 2 months and we have more material that we're supposed to go and pick up and I'm not quite so sure Lowe's is the place for us I think in home Depot might just be it not to mention that but they were out of the flooring that we needed and it wouldn't be in until January 1st which is not an issue we don't mind waiting but with the service that they're providing that was absolutely ridiculous you don't tell a customer they have to do an order online because it's too large for you to pick up hey if we come in with $2,000 cash we need to pay for that material guess what we're going to do that we're not going to be told that we have to order it online we want to make sure that we're getting what we want and make sure that it's in stock not to mention we do a little bit of shopping for the next items that we need for the remodel I'm hesitant about going back to this location after the service I've never had anybody in my life for any business tell me I have to order online for a large order like that I can guarantee you one thing any other construction material business would love to have our business $2,000 every visit we're getting up to like $3,000 $4,000 I mean if Lowe's doesn't want it home Depot wants it I guarantee you there's places closer to where we're at that would love that money maybe your cashier results on to something maybe we will order online and guess what some of them do free shipping they'll deliver it right to the door I'm not complaining right guess what we're going to take me to will give you extra money on top of that this is the reason why I make more money than those employees because they don't want to work all I want to do is sit there and play on their phone and think it's a joke you know we had such a heavy load on there it broke the wheel to the cart because they were too lazy to drive a forklift I pick up the material for us and help load it through the back door like we were told by our cashiers but then she changed it to where we have to order online now most ridiculous thing I've ever heard good luck Lowe's good evening train your employees better in customer service. Oh yeah by the way your female employees work harder than your male voice than that says something. Are the some of them do not all of them.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
