Drove across town after placing an online order. Said it was ready to only find out when I arrived, THEY cancelled my order! No sorry or can we help with a replacement. The girl delivering the items out had a stupid nose ring that looked like a bull nose ring! Now I’m out of the time and gas that I had use. Customer service doesn’t care. I’ve grown tired of self check out as they stand there as if you are going to steal!!!!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
