It said it was four minutes away so naturally I called the man who answered the phone could barely speak English. He wanted my credit card number and yes I gave it to him. He said if I canceled it would be an $80 charge so I sit at Sally’s for almost 4 hours waiting on him to come no one ever showed up so I called Empire Lock and they were there within 10 minutes and had me in my car within one minute. I was told later that KeyMe is just a kiosk place that they call from another location and they go to a kiosk and make keys. It has nothing to do with unlocking a car , so anyway they charged my credit card $192 which is pending now I have already talked to my credit card company and reported them so hopefully they will take the charge off because I did not cancel. They did not show up. I would not use these people for anything in the world so if you’re reading this review run . Call Empire!
