30 minutes standing around waiting for someone to cut keys, stopped 5 workers before someone would cut them for us. Assistant store manager said she would do it then just walked away. Guess small sales aren’t worth her time.

I’m visiting out of town helping to do some repairs on my grandmother’s mobile home. I found out I’m not very skillful with saws and measurements. We needed more wood and went to this Lowe’s. Kevyn and James were so very helpful. They took the time to cut our wood to the sizing needed. They have no idea how helpful that is.
Emma was a delight as well. It would be nice to have this level of service at home.
