I was not going to purchase another appliance there. Unfortunately, there is no other appliance dealer within 30 miles. $154 to deliver less than 5 miles & install! That is reason for poor customer service. They bad need competition.

Delivery and installers broke my water connection and could not fix. I had to wait until the next day to get that repaired. I was told in the mean time, I could wash on hot but they didn't tighten the hoses so it flooded my floor. Email to customer service who was supposed to route complaint to the correct department was never followed up on. Stay away from Union City Lowes if you have the opportunity. EDIT - - - - - - - When I called the number you provided I received no help whatsoever!!!!! I was told to call the store again to possibly received delivery credit. Obviously there was no intention to give any credit and I don't appreciate being treated in this manner DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES
