  While the sales experience was great, installation and service have been poor. I regret buying my pool at Aloha last year. I was left with a damaged driveway, crooked umbrella posts, step up to pool deck I didn’t want but got stuck with anyway, and a pump system we don’t understand. After paying Aloha $440 to “open” our pool this year, we were left to clean it, add more chemicals, and then call our sales rep to help adjust the programming on our pump because it wasn’t set with enough output to run the vacuum or heat the pool. (Same pump programming problem last year when it was built and the sales rep helped us then too). For us, a pool was a huge expense and I wish we would have spent our hard-earned money somewhere else. Extremely dissatisfied.

  First time doing this after ignoring it for a few years. I’ve had an excellent experience with everyone who has come to my house to do anything from opening and closing the pool to helping with maintenance on the pool and hot tub. The thing that got me the last couple of times was the fact that they remembered me and asked me if questions about problems I’ve had in the past about some things have been rectified or not

  We couldn’t be happier with our in-ground pool installation! From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and brought our vision to life even better than we imagined. The craftsmanship is outstanding—every detail was handled with care and precision. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and we always felt informed and confident in each step of the project. Now we have a beautiful, high-quality pool that has completely transformed our backyard into a relaxing oasis. We’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family. Only recommendation is pool school one week before they shut your pool down is a complete waste of time. New season starting and don’t remember any of it. Should get a free refresher at start of this season. If you’re considering an in-ground pool, we highly recommend this company. Five stars all the way!
