Mike went above and beyond when I had a moment of panic earlier today. He took the time to listen, acted quickly to resolve the issue, and truly gave me peace of mind. His calm demeanor and problem-solving skills immediately made the situation better.
I had purchased two gift cards and later realized they were missing. After waiting over two hours at the Murfreesboro location, I was told they could not assist me—despite the fact that the issue could have been resolved. Mike stepped in, identified that the gift cards had not been used, and was able to cancel them, saving me from having to drive back down to Tullahoma.
He is an outstanding manager who genuinely cares about helping customers, and he absolutely made my day better. This level of service is rare, and I am extremely grateful for his help.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
