They give you a lot code for the gate and then provide a lock for you and generate a code. You Have the option to do everything online or deal with someone on site plus 24/7 access to your unit. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for Secure, clean and reliable units to check this place out! The pricing is the best I’ve found
