They lost the package and it took me three days to get the store to refund the product. I was promised three different things from three different managers. One was a lady, other people were Cory and joe but no one kept their promises. They were able to refund the product but I still had to contact them back to get my full refund because they gave me partial refund. I never got my full refund bc they couldn’t refund the delivery fee. I am very disappointed with Lowe’s and won’t be shopping with them any more. The same delivery is a scam.

He wanted to argue with me about finish, brand, etc. Then or course when I try to call the store and speak to a manager you have to talk to the call center. Someone needs to train the old man in paint customer service. Seriously, he's not saving lives here, it's just paint.
