    DO NOT rent anything from Lowe’s tool rental. There is a man that works back there tattoos on left arm and wears his hat backwards. He is the most disrespectful, condescending, unprofessional person in the customer service industry that I have ever come across in my lifetime. I will not be returning to that store for my tool rentals ever again. I run my own business and have used there rental service 100-200 times per year. I will now be taking my business across the street to Home Depot. AGAIN DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE LOWES SMYRNA TN TOOL REANTAL DEPARTMENT. You will be extremely disappointed and disrespected by this employee

    I want to recognize Alexus for her outstanding customer service during my recent visit to Lowe’s. From the moment I approached her, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. What stood out most was her patience, attention to detail, and positive attitude — qualities that are hard to find these days. She truly represents the best of what great customer service should be.     This a review for the Windows department specifically. Imagine, if you will, ordering one window — just one — in May. Your kid threw a bad curve ball. Classic. Months later, you call for an update. The window was never ordered, but you paid for it in May. They finally order the window, and you wait. And wait. Eventually, you realized that the ordered window was delivered to the store weeks ago, but it was sitting in a trailer (or somewhere?) and never marked “delivered.” It’s September 19 now. You FINALLY get this mother lovin window installed. You work from home and can’t supervise every step, but you go out to check the final product, and it’s the wrong window. It has no grid to match every single other window in the house. They installed a sore thumb. You call again. You’re told, “We’ll order the grid to install in the window.” But when you follow up a couple weeks later, the grid hasn’t been ordered either. Today, on Oct. 20, SIX MONTHS after ordering one window, we *think* the grid is coming. We don’t know. Fun fact: My mom’s whole house has since been built in this time. Windows and all (not Lowe’s windows, thank God). We’ve asked about reimbursements, compensation, etc. No good answer. “Oh that’s very unlikely, sir.” It’s been the most gaslighting, disjointed, unprofessional experience of our lives. So now, the public reviews start. Thank goodness Home Depot is across the street from Lowe’s. We know who to shop with and recommend now.

    How rude and ill-mannered are the people in charge of this place, on 08/10/2025 I went to the register to pay for my products, one of which had a 20% off label and when I went the price was without discount, I went to the person in charge of the registers, a tall woman with short hair and wearing glasses, and I explained the situation to her, but she didn't pay attention, and instead of going to verify if it was real, she sent me back, when I got there an employee told me that this label is for the next day's discounts. (which I don't care about, if the label is there it's because there's a discount) if they are for the next day then put the label on the next business day, once at the register there were 10 minutes left until closing time, I was checking my accounts on my phone to see which card I would use to pay and the bold and disrespectful person in charge of the cash register went to cancel my order WITHOUT ASKING ME. It's almost impossible for me to say anything to her because we all know how aggressive those people are, when I told her if I was going to pay she gave me back the account and stopped bothering me, please if you are going to hire someone to serve the public, be respectful and not aggressive because that won't make me want to go to that store again.
