    I went in the other day to get a toilet and I was helped with a very knowledgeable associate named Buzz. He got a cart put the toilet on the cart for me and took it to my car. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed for this job. Thank You Buzz

    I accidentally dropped and broke a sample of paint and felt so bad and embarrassed! The store associate, Joe, saw what happened and quickly came to help clean it up. He was very friendly had them mix up a new sample of paint. Thank you, Joe!

    Wish I can give a zero star to Lowes customer service, especially Lowes Sevierville. I called with issue orders where I didnt receive my items. I got on a long hold, then transfered over over to different location and finally somebody helped but in the end, she was in Morris Town location, not even Sevierville. I dont even know how did it happended. She was nice to give me Sevier location number (which is the number I have been calling), and I called again, same situation, got in a hold and nobody ever fot back. I had to come to the store and they didnt even check my orders and said delivery is handled by a 3rd party!?!?! Lowes doesnt know, and there is nothing they can do...WHAT...I ORDERED FROM Lowes.com!! Even it was a third-party, Lowes gave them the items to delivery, they at least should know who delivery their items and how to contact them regarding missing items?? No?!?? The associate their say the only thing she can do is giving Lowes corporation number for me to call, and that is it...I know it will be a dead end cause I chatted with Lowes regarding a delivery order before, and they said the store will contact cause it was deliveried from a store...what a customer suppose to do??

    I tried to return a bag of Quikrete that I purchased last year (couldn't use it LY due to USPS not approving mailbox location until this week) and found out today that I picked up the wrong product and wanted to exchange for the fast setup type. I was told effective on 01/01/2026, unless they can find your receipt using your credit card, you are stuck with a product you can't use. This policy should be evaluated as an unused saleable product should be returnable in this situation. They were unable to locate my account and said they could not exchange it. This is not a good policy for loyal Lowes customers and should be revised to allow returns. Time wasted!!
