  I have a cabin in Wears Valley and have used Outdoor Spas for many years to service my hot tub. Just this week I discovered the pump was not running and the water was cold in the hot tub. I asked Outdoor Spas to check it and recommend repairs. As it turned out the hot tub had several leaks and had reached its end of live. With guests arriving in just a couple days I was in a tough spot for having a working hot tub that guests expect. That said, Outdoor Spas had a hot tub in stock that was similar to the existing one. They were able to schedule an install on the morning that guests were to arrive in the afternoon to save the day. They also recommended an electrician to replace a breaker to the hot tub. The electrician was also able to get that accomplished at the same time. Just a great experience working with Outdoor Spas! Without their timely help, I could not have had the cabin ready to go when guests were to arrive later in the day. Thank you so much Out Door Spas!

  Outdoor Spas is a terrific company. Whenever we have a problem with our hot tub or need a replacement part of cover, they are our first call. They can often solve issues the same day and have never let us down. We highly recommend them!
