    A great customer service experience. A man passed by and asked if he could help me. He led me toward the plumbing section. He called for Todd who "knew more" than he did. Todd was very helpful and helped me think through my situation. Lowe's is a sure thing go to!

    Why did we have to pay $200 for plumbers to come out and tell us that we didn't need a water heater and then to just leave? And then I call those about it and they're like well we don't have anything to do with those people y'all didn't pay us. I think it should be your responsibility Lowe's of Sevierville...... I pretty much can't stand Lowe's anyway I put in our living room floor and the edges have ended up coming up and stuff and that was within like a month it's not fair they should have their own installation teams and the installation team should not be separate cuz that takes a liability away from Lowe's

    If i could put zero stars i would.Very dissatisfied with how the staff treated us. When asking where to find locks,the man around the paint area acted like we bothered him. The younger lady and older lady at check out hovered over us like we was stealing. Than another lady followed us out the door. Very dissatisfied and disappointed how we was treated. Do Better!

    I used to like shopping here until they went to all self serve cashier's.. I pay with cash and it's always a problem. The dumb machine can't recognize a $50 bill and then need 2 real humans to verify it. Dude gets me change for my $50 and I left $30 cash for the human to insert because these damn robots waste my time. Next time I'll use my purchase to verify the machine is broken before I walk out.
