    I typically am not one to write bad reviews, but Lowes Sevierville has went down hill big time! The manage Joe with the nose ring, told an another employee Dylan, to help me with an Zero Turn Mower, this mower was on sale, but had to wait for some parts to come in (batteries) before buying it. Dylan specifically said he put notes in the system to call me for when the item comes in I can come to purchase it and I have first dibs on the mower. Dylan said to expect a call within 15-30 days. The following day I went back to Lowes to get some other supplies and boom the clearanced mower was gone! Fast forward 15 days, I decided to call and get an update just maybe the mower had been moved and stored. I left a message for Joe with another manager and she said he would call me back... never did, so giving him the benefit of the doubt because I know things get busy, so i waited and called backed the following week, same exact thing happened, then I called back a few days later just inquiring and they promised he would call me back. It seems as if he is avoiding me, in person and over the phone I can't get a hold of the STORE MANAGER! I am very disappointed with Lowes Sevierville for just not communicating! If you sold it you sold it, just communicate!

    Purchase what I thought was a Craftsman jigsaw, only to open it and find a used Skill brand jigsaw. When I went to exchange or get my money back the person at the service desk told me "We wouldn't do that." But clearly you did, that's why I'm here. If you allowed a return to go back on the shelf without verifying it, that's on you!!! Instead I'm kept waiting while they find proof that I'm not trying to rip them off. They rip me off then accuse me of it. Lowe's can afford to give me my money back if there is any chance they are in the wrong. Don't respond with how sorry you are, I just want my money back. Keep the $115, it's the last time.
