I don't know why, but some hobby lobbies just hold heat but this one is so nice. I can shop for hours in this place (and I have). I will be visiting here soon.

- JMJames McCoyDec 20, 20251.0I was there tonight (12/20) around 7:15pm, and Alyssa was so unbelievably rude to her coworker and another customer. She was neutral to me, but her coworker and a customer were struggling to get a card to work, and Alyssa angrily yelled to her coworker, “WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING HER CARD?!?! ONLY INSERT IT 3 TIMES?!”. I could tell her coworker was hurt and embarrassed and apologized to Alyssa, while the customer looked really uncomfortable. Alyssa asked in an annoyed tone how many times they inserted the card. The customer answered quietly, and Alyssa told them to do it a specific way, still annoyed. Everyone around me was wide eyed and in disbelief she was talking to her coworker like that. She had the same tone with me, but it wasn’t anywhere close to how it was toward her coworker and the customer. I understand it’s the holidays, everyone’s stressed, maybe her coworker was taking too long, long lines etc. but to talk to someone that way is completely unacceptable. Alyssa owes her coworker an apology. Yelling at someone and demeaning them in front of a bunch of people will never get the results someone is hoping for. I really hope Alyssa is held accountable for her behavior.
