- CSChristopher SommersJan 15, 20261.0If anyone plans on using rent a center I highly recommend you don't use the one in Brownsville they over charged us and when we asked for our money back that they overcharged they said they will refund when they get their items back and we asked when they were coming they have been saying they were coming since last Thursday and now they are refusing to give us our money back they were supposed to come today and never showed up they have poor Customer service Saturday they were supposed to be there at 9:30 and we waited till 7-8pm and still didn't show they keep bugging us about their items but they aren't showing up to get them!! I will never use them again!!!

If you offer Veterans discounts then apply it to the loan dont give the customer the run around make them pay more than what your supposed to. Discounts are given for a reason!! So any Veteran out there dealing with Aaron's beware! If issue isnt resolved they can come get it all!! And dont bother sending emails..they dont answer those either!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
