- BSB SMar 25, 20261.0Been calling everyday and they have zero customer service. We’ve been paying $174 forever. I changed the card on file and they told me it would be $174. The very next month they started charging $223 (only have 1 unit and the largest unit on website is $179, that’s the X’d out price, not the promotional price) so I think they’re charging me for someone else’s unit. They won’t answer their phone and won’t return voicemails to clarify the charges.
