  Very disappointed with Healthy Lawn Irrigation. There was no prior communication about increased service rates , I only learned about the changes after receiving the bill. On top of that, the same nozzle issue resurfaced because the initial work was done poorly. This time, the technician replaced them with old, used nozzles from his truck, yet I was charged again. Lack of transparency and quality makes this experience unacceptable.

  Incredible customer service. Fast response time with repairs. Fantastic employees. This is a company that you will use long term!

  Spoke to Dan and i had an appointment around 9 am . Was waiting until 10.30 had no sign they’re coming . I decided to give them a call , the lady said that they wont start until afternoon today . Not a problem i can wait , but until almost 4 pm still not receive any text / phone said that they were late or i had to reschedule . And i called back the office , they other lady keep arguing that that was not their foul if the technician not coming until 4 pm and no company policy about the excact appointment time . I totally understand if they running late , no text / phone call made if coming late . wasted my 1/2 day just waiting for nothing . Do yourself a favor to find other legit company .

  Great customer service. Technician Caleb is fantastic in handling any problems that arise and very customer service oriented.
