We started our journey of buying cabinets with Lowe’s in Paris in February 2025 in order to make this shorter and appropriate for Google. I will Condense all the things that happened. The designer messed up charged us for two kitchens. We didn’t even get the style of cabinets we ordered we asked for a refund, but we was told by the manager that the kitchen had to be complete completed meaning installed before he could either negotiate with us or take the cabinets out and give us a refund. He told us if we wanted a refund after it was complete that he would come take the cabinets out and refund us. He also came and picked up half of the cabinets and a pick up truck meaning he picked up one of the kitchens that was ordered and we paid for Hehe never refunded us for those cabinets and offered us $800 off total. He said that I could dispute it with Lowe’s and they would contact me so that’s what I chose to do when they contacted me. They said he had refunded us, Because he made it look like he had refunded us for $2500 but in fact, he did not. I have all receipts and paperwork to prove all of this, but have been by several times to speak with Bill and he would not speak with me and he would not return my calls. We would like them To come take our kitchen out and refund us, but we can’t get anyone to give us a call back. We took out a Lowe’s credit card to get the 12 months no interest. We are now at 12 months and we owe for two kitchens and only got one do not buy Cabinets from Lowe’s!

Was looking for corner bead. Ran into an employee who was on his phone I asked them if they knew where I could locate said item which in return he told me he had no idea what it was but yet that is his dept. I ventured looking to see if I could find it myself and ran I to him a few moments later in which he made eye contact with me and turned and went down the other isle to avoid me. I get it if your new but there's no customer help 80% of the time

I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years. My experience the last 5 months has been very different than what was the norm at Lowe’s. Lowe’s has a lot of internal issues that never get addressed. From the computer system down to the delivery and installation services. Deadlines mean nothing to them. A delivery date is at best a suggestion. The store team is usually quite polite with a quick I’m sorry but in the end they can’t solve the dilemma. There is no way to reach corporate. Just getting through the AI assistant to talk to someone is 8 minutes minimum. I have several serious issues that I’m not putting on here but will be shortly with names dates and pictures. Unfortunately I’m not a fan any longer. Lowe’s has done this to them selves.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
