Worst customer service of any lowes I've been to. Had a home repair to do, but purchased the wrong size pex line and sharkbite fittings. So I went back to this lowes to return said items and purchase the correct sizes I needed. Well I was charged again for the items I was returning, so now I'm out double what my cost was and they do a refund twice. Now I have less than the amount I need to purchase the right size parts I need. When I ask how it can be resolved I'm just told there is nothing to do, then another employee interjected herself and proceeded to become loud with me for simply asking "why the customer has to shoulder the burden of postponing repairs due to an employee mistake and being double charged and having their funds locked out for 24 hours or more while waiting on a refund?". Asked for number to hr or a corporate office and was given a customer help line number. From now on I'll drive further to a lowes that employs people who know how to respect and appreciate their customers or a home depot. Do better paris Lowe's.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
