Ordered a bunch of flooring from here. Kimberly at customer service went above and beyond to keep me updated, even calling me when it didn’t arrive on the expected date! Cameron placed the order then pulled it for me when I came to pick it up. He did an awesome job! One box was damaged in the shipping process but he gladly went and got me a replacement box. Whole process went better than I expected and it was mostly because of these two people.
