- TTTy True2 days ago5.0I had a wonderful experience shopping at Lowe’s. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed much easier. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service I received. Maya went above and beyond to assist me. She greeted me with a warm smile, had an amazing personality, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across such positive and engaging customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into helping me. Thanks to Maya, I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future. Highly recommend!

And they tried to play it off and dodge responsibility and was very rude. Drivers dont read special instructions so dont bother putting them on The order. Had to call corporate to get anywhere with it. Bless corporate for standing up, when the store manager should have and DIDNT. Nashville and Lebanon lowes are run the same. Terrible.

I said I would call today. After 2 phone calls, 45 minutes on hold, being transferred several times, numerous recordings, a person who said they could help me then vanished, and being transferred again several times, the phone was disconnected on their end. This is not good customer service, and I still don't have an answer!

After a brief conversation, she kindly gave me a rundown of everything nearby that was on sale and took the time to explain details about several of the plants. She was very informative, friendly, and willing to help even though I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent customer service. Employees like Mrs. Sherry make the shopping experience enjoyable, and her knowledge about the plants was very helpful. Thank you for having such caring and helpful staff at your garden center.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
