Specifically, there is a female staff member (I don't have her name, but she drives a red car) who is incredibly RUDE to customers. Her behavior is completely unprofessional and lacks any sense of basic empathy or courtesy. It’s a shame that one person’s attitude ruins the experience for everyone else. Management should definitely look into this.
