I purchased a pedestal sink with faucet on12/10/26 in store. I also purchased the installation as well with a supposedly EXPERT. I had to wait almost a month for the installation which was 1/6/26. The installer arrives and says the wrong work order was put in and he was unable to complete my installation. I called Lowe’s that same day. They explained the store would have to refund and do another order. I have spoken with about 7 people which I did most of the calling. It is going on mid January. And they keep giving me a run around. I would like my problem resolved and my sink and faucet installed. If they had a choice for NO STARS I would have chosen that option.

Well, I'm giving this stove one star. I bought this stove because I liked it because it has two ovens, and I've always used a Water Pool stove. I have no complaints about my previous stove; it worked very well. It's just that since we remodeled the kitchen, I wanted the microwave oven to be in the stove, and this was the only stove that had a large and a small oven, which is why it caught my attention. But it stopped working, and I contacted customer service for the stove company. They came to the house, and the technician told me the stove was no good because there were cockroaches. That's absurd. I have cockroaches; I've been dealing with them for two years since an infestation arrived. I hired a company to fumigate, but it seemed to attract more. But with the kitchen remodel and everything, they've already gotten away. I don't think the problem is the cockroaches. This man made me feel like my house was the dirtiest place in town. This man, like, can't be in a place where there are these kinds of insects. I mean, if he can't be in a place like that, I think the job he has is the wrong one. He should look for another job because if the stoves are like this, they should put a red label on them saying, "This stove is specially made for houses that have never had cockroaches or for houses that are prone to having cockroaches." Why? Because then it means the stove is allergic to cockroaches. Cockroaches only land on it, and the stove stops working. I mean, I should stop selling the stoves to this company because they also told me that if the company finds out that he has contact with cockroaches, they're going to cancel the one-year warranty. I need to know if I can get my money back. That would be so much better because how is it possible that I paid more than $1,000 for a stove that doesn't work and breaks down after four months? So my money is going to... The garbage, or what, they also made me feel very, very bad, they made me feel terrible. The man said I had to contact a company to fumigate for the insects. He told me he doesn't have to come and give me orders here in my house. I mean, he doesn't like his job, he's allergic to some insect. I told him to look for another job, he shouldn't be here and I didn't want any more contact with him. Working in houses, he doesn't know what the houses are like, he doesn't know what pests there are, if people are sick or anything. So if he's very sensitive, he's a porcelain technician, he should look for another job, this job isn't for him. And I also contacted customer service for the stove, and they also made me feel bad. I can't explain the way they made me feel, but they made me feel very bad.

I only have this a 3 star review because they do have 2 good pro services employees. I can't remember the ladies name that works pro services but her and Orlando are the only ones that know what they're doing there. Even the manager noah doesn't know what he's doing. I know I only own and operate a small construction company but if I was the owner of lowe's , I would be so embarrassed to have noah running the pro services he has over there. When something goes down it stays down for a long time and he puts it on his employees to deal with it. Today the receipt printer was down. So because my customer requested they print off a receipt and I take a picture of it and sent it in.He had to walk across the store to get it receipt. It made things take a lot longer.It was really frustrating and to make it more frustrating i could tell obviously it was paid.So I was starting to put it up in the car and wasn't waiting on the receipt anymore.And then the noah intender sent the only female employee out to tell me it's not paid for when there was four other men in there that were in pro services he could have sent out. Plus that's not even safe. To go at with one person , if he truelly thought I was stealing. And then I went off. It messed with me to be falsely accused that hard. So like I said I would 1 start this review if it weren't for them having
