Never again is all I have to say that store is a disgrace when your a good customer that spends tens of thousands a year! They want you in and out fast! I made them carry everything o needed when the truck tool box i needed that was not locked up was to be carried by a employee it was bigger than me and awkward? So yes I needed other things I made them carry to the checkout room 5 employees away from helping others wait they don't like helping others when needed they are to busy treating everyone like a crook! Everyone! I'll avoid This Nashville store in the future I've never been treated like this at any Lowe's

Friendly helpful staff when you can find one available. I think this is pretty common for both Home Depot and Lowe's but I feel that Lowe's is cleaner and easier to find what you need.
