    I will not be shopping at Lowe’s anymore, because I just spent an hour and a half trying to return two items. They could not find my purchases using my credit card (manager spent over 30 minutes searching for a purchase I made three days ago) And they will absolutely not accept any returns without a receipt. They told me, “sorry there’s nothing else we can do.” Thankfully, I was able to call somebody at my house, who could find the receipts and send me pictures. If not for that I would’ve been out $150. It’s very hard to guess how much building materials you will need with 100% accuracy. So being able to return the excess material is a huge benefit. And I simply cannot afford to waste time like this. I’m so sad for the hour and a half that I lost tonight just standing at customer service. When I finally finished the return, I still needed a handful of tools and parts, but I had to drive to Home Depot, because I will not risk accidentally buying the wrong thing and having to fight like this to return it.

    I like Lowes. They have their own brands and carry a good selection of most top brands. Plus it is usually more laid back and quite versus the other stores. They have a great Christmas section also!!

    I had the worst experience at this location 11/05/25 with the Low level class Manager and assistant manager today. They are extremely rude, bad mouth, and it seems to be they got hired off the street. They act in this location that Lowe's do belong to their own family, and they feel they can talk anyway they feel like to customers after they made a big mistake in handling my order . I do not want to write a long whole story about what happened today to bore you, all I can say is these two creatures referring to Morning Manager and Assistant Manager are low beneath of being in charge of running this store. I am planning to file a complaint to BBB and Consumer Affair against them as soon as possible. Thanks Very Much for reading my Review .

    So everybody needs to know that you can’t return stuff to Lowe’s like you used to. They won’t take things after 90 days and they only return some items even after that. Also, you’re gonna get socked with a 20% restocking fee if you buy online versus at the store. New crap. So be aware don’t get screwed.

    I stayed in my white 2007 GMC box truck at this Lowe’s location for over a month and a half without incident. I am autistic, currently homeless, and grieving the loss of my father. This location provided a safe and stable environment while I worked to rebuild my life. Recently, a Walmart manager entered Lowe’s property, acted outside his authority, and pressured the Lowe’s manager to remove me, despite my record of peaceful and respectful presence. Other groups continue to park overnight with multiple vehicles without issue. This demonstrates clear double standards and selective enforcement. Under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), I have the right to request reasonable accommodations related to my disability. Neither manager made any attempt to engage with me or consider such a request. Instead, they coordinated to have me removed. I will be reporting this situation to both corporate offices and filing an ADA complaint. The actions of these managers reflect unequal enforcement, lack of policy consistency, and disregard for federal law. A formal review of their conduct is warranted.
