This Lowes customer service is HORRIBLE. I left, and will be filing a complaint with district mngmt. The store maybe had 3 customers in it total (it was extremely slow) and still no help. Won’t ever be shopping in here again. Thanks Ty the manager and Pierce in lumber for never showing up and losing a customer. Home Depot here I come!

They do not back up their products and when you ask them about their policy, they say oh well I would give zero stars if I could. I waited on hold for someone for an hour and a half to talk to them about this and finally got someone who was over tools because no one else would answer. I spent $1300 on a refrigerator that quit working after just a couple of months. This is ridiculous. They need to stop selling stuff that they can’t back up.

I will never go back in this store location. If the grill i purchased missed an item then you should give me what comes with the grill.
