Unfortunately, this may be the most under performing Lowe’s in the Nashville area.
The inventory on hand, and that listed in the Lowe’s app is never accurate and often in the wrong section listed for incorrect prices, staff members are more interested in communicating with each other than helping clients, and even access to the location is wildly inconvenient.

I went in looking for some items for a project. I found a work lamp listed at a great price. When I asked for help, I was told that the price was marked down for the display, but that they couldn't sell it. The associate found the same lamp at another location. I drove to the other location, but they had a much higher price, because the price at this store was specific to the display item. I drove back to this store to try again. The display was marked down with a price to sell, so surely they would sell it to me. I respectfully asked for a manager and explained the situation. They insisted they couldn't sell it. I asked if I could leave my information for if/when they decided to sell it. They said I'd just have to check back in. Mind you, I'm already there, and it's priced to sell. I return a few days later and the light was sold. Why put a discounted price on an item if the staff is unable or unsure of whether or not they can sell it? I like to support Lowe's, but this was bad business.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
