I just stood in lumber for 30min tonight and had them page the guy in lumber and the manager multiple times to cut one board I bought, and NOBODY showed up. This Lowes customer service is HORRIBLE. I left, and will be filing a complaint with district mngmt. The store maybe had 3 customers in it total (it was extremely slow) and still no help. Won’t ever be shopping in here again. Thanks Ty the manager and Pierce in lumber for never showing up and losing a customer. Home Depot here I come!

Do not buy appliances from this company ever. Their policy is two days to return an appliance and after that you’re on your own with a Warranty/manufacturer. They do not back up their products and when you ask them about their policy, they say oh well I would give zero stars if I could. I waited on hold for someone for an hour and a half to talk to them about this and finally got someone who was over tools because no one else would answer. I spent $1300 on a refrigerator that quit working after just a couple of months. This is ridiculous. They need to stop selling stuff that they can’t back up.

This store needs help and more associates who are hospitable. Someone posted a picture of the exact same lady who always has an attitude and said “I’m tired of people trying to come in here and get free stuff” I know this is not how Lowe’s wants their employees to represent them. I will never go back in this store location. If the grill i purchased missed an item then you should give me what comes with the grill.
