    I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service I received at the Green Hills Lovesac store! I inadvertently ordered the wrong color cup holder because the one I wanted was discontinued. I wanted one to match the other one I had so I went to the store to see if they could help. Boy, did they! The lady there searched the back and then called a manager to help. The manager searched other showrooms and warehouses for days until she found me one! Katrina and her team went above and beyond over a cup holder!! I’m now convinced that if I ever have trouble with my sectional, they will make it a right! Although I’ve had my sectional for 2 years and still love it! In a world of lackluster customer service, Lovesac stands out as exceptional!!!

    The service at the store was great. Debi was very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful with all of our questions on the Sacsectional. The only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is due to the charges. We added additional seats to our order prior to checking out. I asked what the all in cost would be to add the seats including tax, once told we agreed to add them. I noticed after reviewing the receipt later on that the upgraded Lovesoft filling wasn’t added to the additional seats. I contacted Debi to let her know so that we wouldn’t have some seats with Lovesoft and others with standard foam. She made the changes but this was an additional $400, this may have changed our mind about adding the other seats. It was an honest mistake but was also a blow to the wallet and something I had to find for myself.
