I spoke with a representative named Nathaniel, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. As a first-time pool owner, I’ve had plenty of questions and not a lot of confidence. Nathaniel was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He didn’t just answer my immediate question. He took the time to explain what I needed to do today and what I should be thinking about for long-term pool care. What really stood out was that the conversation never felt like a sales pitch. It felt collaborative and consultative. I left the call feeling more informed, more confident, and genuinely optimistic about partnering with this store going forward.
