  What a find! The FletEtc space, concept and amenities are exactly what our company was looking for. The community managers (Mike, Jazmen, and Jason) are fantastic. Super convenient shipping and receiving, unit size/format flexibility, awesome staff - this gem won't be hidden long!

This concept allows us to keep RE overhead costs very low while utilizing all the benefits of a large scale facility.
