    When you walk into Ferguson with its gleaming showroom and countless options for your home and kitchen, it's difficult to understand the one-star and two-star reviews online. Upscale options and tremendous variety abound! But when you're not visiting just to gawk, and you're genuinely attempting to assemble components for your soon-to-be refurbished home bathrooms, you begin to see the shortcomings of Ferguson. Despite numerous employees, forget anyone helping you because you'll soon discover that all the other customers have "made a reservation." Okay, that's an easy issue to solve in the future. Without a "reservation" we were encouraged to scan QR codes for each display to determine available finishes, prices, and measurements. But not even the most modern phones could scan the world's tiniest QR codes throughout the store. The lighting is odd within the store, so significant that you cannot clearly determine whether the color or finish you're considering would look appropriate in your bathroom at home. All of their competitor's stores are sufficiently lit. As we looked for a top to our bathroom vanity, we learned Ferguson doesn't sell vanity tops. They only sell the entire vanity. We have seven-foot-long bathroom vanities in all of our bathrooms like everyone else in our neighborhood does. It's not unusual. However, Ferguson's vanities apparently max out at six feet, so this was obviously no use to us. And don't even get us started on how convoluted the Ferguson website is! We ended up designing our two remodeled bathrooms at a different store.

    This is truly the worst place to do business with. We spent a small fortune with them and their salespeople all act like they’re too good to work with you. On top of that, their installation staff is terrible. We’ve had to have our icemaker replaced twice, remounted three times, our drawer fridges mounted because they forgot. Now I’ve realized that they never mounted my kickplates to my dishwasher or range. Plus they charge full retail price for everything. Better to just order off the internet, save a fortune, and then hire a handyman to install.

    This place has terrible customer service. No one cared about helping me or my wife. We were in there for approximately 20 to 30 minutes and not one person came up and asked whether we needed any help or they could assist us in anyway. They weren’t even busy. A store with such nice products should have customer service support to match. I will never give this place a dime.

    This is a strange situation . I went today Sat. There was a large amount of customers more than associates , I was thinking this must be a new years sale . Well it wasn’t . When we walked in and the man at the entrance desk told us ,”. I will try to get someone to help you.” I understand until I saw workers at their desk sitting for people to walk over and place unsolicited orders , Chick-a- Filet like . Sad , we were there an hour not one person acknowledged us . I overheard this to some shoppers ,” would you like water ?” to a select few . We never got a hello . The store has many buying options of suppliers . If you are going call and arrange an appointment suggesting during a week day . I guess it must be a blessing to have more potential buyers.

    Helpful employees that worked with us through the selection process of our lighting for our new home. Of course it would easy to exceed our "planned" budget with all the selections available but we had guidance to help us keep it close to reality. Thank you.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
