Instead of remembering that gate code every single time, its bluetooth. Paired with your phone with the app. Super easy. Tara, manager, called me as a follow up to my recent move in date and was super sweet and knowledgeable! I plan on renting for the year and so far so good.

The problem is that after 3 months, they decided to increase the rate from $150/month to $250/month! Outrageous! Totally ridiculous. That’s not “the market conditions” as they claim in the rate increase notice because I just got a unit the same exact size with a different company for the $150/month price.
