- SSSierra Sollenberger3 days ago5.0I’ve had a storage until at this location for the past two weeks and have never had any kinds of problems with processing my payment until recently… i had to get a new debit card last week from a fraudulent charge (from another business! and have been waiting to receive my physical card in the mail for the last week. i received a call from the extra storage facility notifying me that my payment was late, explained my situation, and was able to resolve the issue with no problem at all! shout out to Ms. Carol Riley for helping me through this issue along with the amazing customer service, such a kind and considerate voice for this company!

The building is clean, secure, offers plenty of moving carts, and is easy to load and unload in to. The property manager is friendly and very helpful. She is another reason this particular site is run so well.
