We were respectful of the property and the whole transaction took approx. 5 minutes. There were no cars in the parking lot and they were completely empty. Facility looks nice. The manager needs an attitude check. I would understand if we were there for a long time or the place was busy. But quite honestly there were no reasons to say anything to us.
