- JRJosh Rhoads3 days ago1.0They bumped the rate and the elevator immediately stopped working. It has been out of order every time I have stopped in for the past three months. They are too cheap to address the issue or don't care and they haven't offered any credit. Terrible company.

I signed up with a promotional price fully aware it would go up, but just before the promotional period ended, I got a notice that the monthly fee had increased to double what I had been paying.

Shoutout to Erica for her wonderful customer service. She has a positive attitude and really lifted my spirits with her amazing energy. I would recommend for anyone to rent here.
