- GGGreyNov 4, 20251.0Raised my rent $70 to $230 didn’t give me a notice. They will tell you when you first sign up just give us a call if it raises and they will work with you. Completely false. They will put in down a little bit and the next month raise it again and again. When I tried calling they didn’t answer so I called from a different number and they answered. Took advantage of me because I was out of state. Since I couldn’t contact them I had to drive over 16 hours just to vacate because of the predatory values of this business. Now I am paying $60 guaranteed not to change for 1 year. Don’t fall for the trap of it’s only $70. They will be getting back their money trust me on this. Very unprofessional
