- DDDustin5 days ago4.0-1⭐️ for whoever signed me up for the unit that I rented briefly on kennelwood dr in Nashville. Her lack of due diligence and attention to detail really caused me a headache. Add to that the manager who I paid over the phone and was assured by her that my card was on file and set up for auto pay, to be drafted on the payment due date. It was not. 5 ⭐️ to Mike Price who took time to call and advise me on how to remedy the issue. 6 ⭐️ to Mike Jennings for sitting down with me in store to listen to all of the bs I was there for and my grievances over the billing issues I was having. He had two handfuls dealing with me while the phone never stopped ringing and a grumpy jerk behind me waiting to be helped. Mike J must’ve been answering that store phone with his feet. He handled all the stress I gave with a smile and maintained professionalism and his bearing. Thanks again.
