After setting up auto pay they will fail to run your card so they can capitalize on late fees in hopes you are no longer local to them. When you call and ask questions regarding the bill and inconsistencies on their behalf the “manager”, Shania, will get an attitude and start yelling about how “she ain’t doing this”. I have never experienced customer service so far below par. Go literally anywhere else. The only way these people remain in business is by ripping off their customers. Don’t fall for the same trap.
