I came in on a random day and asked Chance a bunch of questions, because I was very anxious about what size unit I needed and all of the monthly fees and everything else. He eased all of my worries, and assured me that the process was a lot more simple than I thought it would be. I ended up coming in a few weeks later, closer to my actual move out/in date, and Terri was working. She helped me set up my account and helped me pre-pay for the period of time I needed, so I didn’t have to worry about increasing fees. She handled my anxiety like a pro, and was very fun to work with. She took us right to my unit, and made sure everything was as it needed to be before I left. Highly recommend this location and these two amazing people!
