The cleanliness of the building, the organization and ease of online reservations/key pick up and the customer service onsite was awesome! Ketra went above and beyond to assist me with my rental and help resolve a few issues that arose upon arrival. Answering every question I had, calculating rates and allowing me to tour multiple spaces. She was AMAZING!! You should give this woman a raise $ Extra Space Storage. This high standard of customer care and attention to detail made for a a stellar experience. Highly recommend this location off of Inverness Ave in Nashville!
