The service is way overpriced for how little it works so we went to cancel it, which cannot be done online, you have to call to cancel. The guy on the phone said we have a year long contract that started in September 2025, which is odd considering we started getting service from them in May 2025. We were also told when signing up that we could cancel at any time with no penalty and that it was NOT a yearly contract. The guy on the phone told us the sales guy lied. I asked why the contract started in September when our service started in May. He told us that they sent us a link through email (on the third visit for some reason) and once you click it, it automatically signs a contract. I told him that makes no sense and quite frankly, sounds illegal. He was getting agitated and said that every customer says stuff like that. Obviously people say that given that's not how people sign contacts. You need to be able to see what you're signing before given the chance to sign it. Then he hung up on us when I told him that. Also, we looked back at the emails we got in September. We never even opened the contract email from them. Stay far away from this scam.
