Do not order delivery from this store. I had delivery scheduled for a week and they called the day before saying that they are not delivering on that day. I understand that. What I do not understand and will not stand for is when they called the night before delivery date at 5pm and inform me. You had a week to let me know that you do t deliver in that day. Horrible service. Caveat emptor. Crappy attitude from customer service and zero help at all.

The customer service is bad, I went to buy a lawn mower and waited for someone to help us. No one showed up even though we asked for the help multiple times. This would be the last time coming to this store.

I had a great experience at Lowe’s Murfreesboro today 3/29 thanks to Debra. She went above and beyond to help us resolve some missing items from a delivery we received last week. While assisting us, she was also helping several other customers at the same time, and she handled everything with patience, positivity, and professionalism.
What really stood out was how kind and composed she remained—even when dealing with a customer who was clearly upset. She never lost her calm demeanor and continued to treat everyone with respect and care.
Debra truly made a frustrating situation much easier, and her excellent customer service did not go unnoticed!

This Lowe's is the absolute worst Lowe's I have ever shopped at. I was looking for 4x4's. The stack was moved by the loader. I went to the sales department and asked if they could get a loader. I was told SO just wait. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked the contractor desk if they could get a loader. They said he is out side and for me to find him. After looking for the loader I went back to the contractor desk to again ask for a loader. Finely they found him he upset that I had made the mistake of asking for him. If you need to get things done go to another Lowe's or maybe home Depot.

I purchased blinds that needed to be cut. The checkout associate called for assistance to have them cut, but no one showed up. Another associate saw me waiting and asked if I needed assistance. I said yes and then waited an additional 10 minutes with no further contact from any associates. I then proceeded to return the items I purchased and left.
The people I did speak to were nice, but I never got to the associate who would actually have been able to help. I was extremely disappointed.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
