- ESEddie StewartMay 16, 20171.0We purchased our home in late 2015. Hunt Pool Service was the previous owner's service and had been servicing the pool for years. We paid $250.00 for a pool inspection, which indicated that there were no problems. However, we discovered the waterfall to the pool was leaking and causing the pool level to fall. The two ladies who showed up to clean the pool told us that they knew the pool leaked, and the previous owners' realtor told them to turn it off after 5 minutes , because it was leaking. So we were the only ones, who didn't know. This past week our motor on the pump was not working. They came out removed the waterfall pump , which is clearly labeled "waterfall pump" instead of the motor for the pool pump. When I called to discuss it with Josh, he was extremely rude, and went on to tell me how busy they were. We quit using their monthly service last year , because they never showed up when they were scheduled.
