He even endured me requesting a few different setups to see what felt perfect. I had my mind made-up that Lovesac was just an overrated modular couch, but it is so much more than that. The comfort level is insane, the flexibility with configurations is incredible, and the warranties are better than their competitors. Sawyer was amazing and made sure we knew exactly how much everything was going to cost, helped us figure out pieces to add on in the future, and made sure I had the perfect color for my house. The customer service at this location was incredible, with all the employees. Highly recommend if you’re on the fence.
