We have bought furniture many times before, but it has always been low quality furniture that only lasts a couple of years at best. We decided after nearly 10 stores to stop into La-Z-Boy and we did not regret it. Ms. Maribel and Ms. Sharon made the entire experience from the second we walked in as stress free as possible while wrangling a 2 year old. From picking out our perfect living room set styles and materials, to designing our living room, to giving us a visual of our furniture sitting in our living room with they’re amazing cad system, to offering us water and crayons to accommodate our child. I would highly recommend letting the staff at La-Z-Boy help you make your furniture shopping experience a pleasure to buy quality and comfortable furniture than spend a day or more looking at the same cheaply made furniture. And La-Z-Boy is proudly made in Dayton, TN so your supporting many local families by shopping at La-Z-Boy.

Bought a rocker/recliner from this store as a postpartum mom desperately trying to be comfy for the endless hours of nursing and rocking and I feel like the salesperson, Florence, totally preyed on that. I was looking at a $500 chair within my budget which was plenty comfy enough but she upsold me to a chair well over $2000 and convinced us to charge it. Then when I got it delivered, by 2 guys who REEKED of marijuana by the way sooo unprofessional, all it does it squeak and make the most HORRENDOUS noises so loud it woke my baby up one time! I called the salesperson back and she referred me to “customer service” and it’s going to take over a week for them to come look at it. When I asked to return it they said they only give you FOUR DAYS to return it!!! WHAT A SCAM!!! I feel so taken advantage of and am stuck with a chair I can’t even use! I can’t believe I trusted a name brand as big as La-Z-Boy only to be so disappointed!!! This is as bad as buying from FB marketplace!
