  I scheduled a measurement for carpet, they were a no show. Called Lowe’s and even though I had the schedule paperwork it was not in the computer. Measurement was scheduled for next day, got a call early in the morning saying he couldn’t make it so he could cover for someone who was out. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience with this type of work with Lowe’s. I’m done.

  I come here specifically for the Kobalt brand. It offers some of the best value for the money with solid quality at an affordable price. When comparing the most expensive, highest-quality tools to the cheapest, lowest-quality options, I feel like Kobalt sits right in the middle—and that’s exactly where I like to be. As for the store, the location is right off the I-40 exit, which makes it really convenient to get in and out. There has never been a time I’ve come here and couldn’t find what I needed. It’s always well-stocked, easy to access, and worth the stop.

  Fair warning before you come here be prepared to wait. The paint department is almost always understaffed and it’s consistently a 5-10+ minute wait just to get help. The millwork section is even worse. I’ve personally waited around 20 minutes for assistance, and when someone finally showed up, there was no acknowledgment of the delay just went straight to cutting like the wait didn’t matter. There are a few bright spots customer service, electrical, plumbing, and the appliance desk have some solid employees. There’s a very knowledgeable woman in electrical and another in appliances who knows her stuff and in plumbing two guys are reliable and helpful. But overall, the lack of staffing and accountability in certain departments makes the experience frustrating. If you’re on a tight schedule I’d seriously consider going somewhere else

  I have been to Lowe’s across the country and this by far is the worst. I waiting approximately 25 minutes for someone to come help me and no one came. There was even multiple calls made to send help. Lowe’s has always been my Go-To place. I have never been waiting so long for someone to even acknowledge that help was coming. Not a manager, not anyone.

  I had an enjoyable visit. I have to tell you about an associate that I ran into. I was looking for succulents and cacti. I stopped and asked if she knew where the succulents and cacti were. I remember her because she had bright maroon hair. She was excited about helping me. She took me on a tour in the lawn and garden department. She reached for a $28.00 cactus and said this is the coolest cactus we have. Guess what? I bought it. Great job Kid.
