I walked in the other day day needing to finish a project, told her the name and she said “One of my favorites! It’s right here!” Not 5 minutes later I was looking for a yarn that was out of stock. She asks me which one and then says “Hang on, I think it just came in”. She had been unloading stock that had just come in. She dug through the stock and came right back to me with it. You know….you can really tell when someone loves their job and does it with a smile. Thank you, lady! You really made my entire day.
