    Lisa was my cashier. Sunday 3.1.2026 She was a ray of sunshine!! So helpful, and answered all of my questions and helped my signing into my at home account!! She's a keeper!!!

    I placed an online order, paid for it in full, and picked it up as instructed. After receiving my order, I briefly walked through the store. The manager confronted me and stated that I should have informed her that I was walking through the store. Her tone and comments were accusatory and made me feel as though I was being suspected of theft. During this interaction, the manager made an unrelated comment about a child stealing. As a result, I felt compelled to say, “I don’t need to steal anything.” No customer should feel the need to defend their integrity after completing a legitimate transaction. It is not a customer’s responsibility to announce their movements in the store after pickup. If there are policies regarding customers walking through the store after order pickup, they should be communicated professionally and without implication of wrongdoing. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this location. This experience reflected poorly on your store’s customer service standards and caused a complete loss of trust. I request that corporate review this incident, clarify your policy regarding customers walking through the store after order pickup, and ensure that staff maintain professionalism and respect toward customers at all times. This type of behavior reflects poorly on your store and is unacceptable.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
