    I moved to the area in January 2025 from Knoxville to care for my elderly parents. I've had to find new people to take care of me as well as my people in Knoxville have been 😅. This At Home location definitely didn't disappoint. Their hidden gem is LaRon (sp) and if you're lucky, he'll be there to help you find whatever you're looking for. He's super kind, very knowledgeable about the vast inventory available and works harder than anyone I've seen in the places I typically shop at here in Wilson Co. Dear At Home Corporate: please, please, for heavens sake please -- Don't let him go without a fight. He's worth whatever the investment is to keep him. Your company is only as good as the people who are representing you and LaRon is holding his own beautifully (and a couple of other people who have been working when I've been in the store). Thank you LaRon for making a location change much easier. You have the incredible talent and amazing work ethic that businesses are searching for. Appreciate your value and the price of your worth. You're in the driver's seat.

    Lots of home decor items to choose from. Sometimes you get lucky and find clearance items. Not many people in the store so it's very pleasant to shop in.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
