- ASAndrew Smith4 days ago5.0We ordered a door that was delivered to Lowe’s of Morristown. Jerry and Jerica were immensely helpful. I had recently hurt my back and couldn’t lift anything. They were quick to not only help me load the door, but they assisted me in the inspection before I left. They were so kind and patient. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service and their kindness.

She started asking the customers to type their own info in on the register. And help standing right behind her. I was the 5th one in line and it took me almost 22 minutes to check out. Lowe's needs to do something about this..... We will not go back to Lowe's in Morristown Tennessee no more I will go to home Depot...,.

- TPTiffney PurkeyFeb 23, 20261.0Absolutely do NOT buy your propane from here. I stay in a camper and I have a 20 lb propane tank that I get filled. No matter how cold it is outside, that propane tank will last me at least 3 days during the winter. My usual propane place wasn’t open (Holston’s) so I went to Lowe’s and did a propane exchange yesterday. Here it is, not even a full 24 hours later and the tank is COMPLETELY empty. Bone dry. $25 after tax is absolutely ridiculous for that.

I have been lied to, yelled at, and so much more. Specific employees are a joke and they think it’s okay to lie to me about what was done. My warranty was voided with no communication from the store. I have had to figure this out on my own!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
