- RRRenaeDec 23, 20255.0They had what I went for, which was awesome! I bought a total of 24ft of vinyl for a project that I had cut into 9 different 1'x12', 2'x12' and 3'x12' pieces. I knew this was a tedious, pain in the rear, kind of request, not to mention a bit time consuming for the associate to cut. I felt like a troublesome customer even asking, lol. But, she didn't bat an eye one bit. The associate was really nice and accommodating and very knowledgeable and efficient helping me. She went above and beyond when she rolled and wrapped my vinyl pieces in such a way that I could transport them easier and to be able to move and carry them by myself. Best Lowe's experience ever!

Everyone I’ve ever spoken to on the phone is so rude and has such an attitude. I work in customer service myself, and I understand that a customer not understanding something can be extremely frustrating. I have extremely little knowledge on home repairs so sometimes I am the customer with a million questions. But that never seems to be a problem for the Sevierville Lowe’s. From flooring quotes to appliance installation with this location, trying to make a call and figure out where everything is in the process is miserable.
