I went into Lowe’s and went to customer service as I had some questions but couldn’t find a representative near the light section so I went to the front where returns are at. I asked the lady if she could help me as I have some questions or send someone to the light section as I had a few questions regarding the certain lights I was looking at as we are we doing our bathroom. The lady at the front named Shay was completely rude and said it’s not her job to help customers in the departments and said I would have to find someone else to help me. I was completely shocked at how rude Shay was and very unprofessional. This Lowe’s customer service department is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any store. Employees are there to help people, not be rude and disrespectful to the customers. I will no longer do business with this Lowe’s due to this poor customer service.

Lowe’s is the best! Lowe’s offers all kinds of products for both homeowners and businesses alike. The garden center might be the best around (especially for indoor plants). The management team along with people running the construction department could get a second job at the circus because they are a bunch of clowns!!! Never any cashiers available to maintain the flow of contractors coming through the door, if you are looking to stop in Saturday you might as well take the day off because they train people at the contractor registers to help decrease the flow during the busiest of times. If they open a register instead of taking the next in line they just allow anyone to cut the existing line meanwhile the clerk is not smart enough to notice the people who have stood there for the last 20 min. Cashiers will just walk off from there register to go help able bodied grown men load three boards while leaving customers unattended at the register. Replacing management would probably do this location a huge service.

The service was first rate. I went in to buy stain for my deck. I didn't know what I needed but I knew the color I wanted. The lady at the paint counter was awesome. She knew what I needed and the tools I needed to make it work. Very nice people.
